Our setup process takes approximately one hour. We’ll arrive early to ensure everything is ready well before your event begins.

2. Where should the guestbook be placed?
For best results, the guestbook should be set up indoors at all times during the summer. In cooler months, it can be set up outside but should be placed in a shaded area to protect equipment and enhance video quality.

3. Is there an additional fee for events in certain areas?
Yes, there is an extra fee for events located on the Strip or in downtown areas.
4. How long does it take to receive the digital files?
You will receive digital copies of the recorded messages within three days after your event. We take pride in a quick turnaround so you can enjoy the heartfelt messages as soon as possible.
5. Do you provide hard copies?
Yes! We offer hard copies of the guestbook videos, which are sent through mail shortly after the event. Just let us know if you'd like this option.
6. Can we get a video montage of all guest messages?
Absolutely! We create a beautiful montage of the messages within one week. This final piece makes a memorable keepsake of all the thoughtful moments captured during your event.
7. Will the audio be clear even if the event is loud?
Yes! We use a high-quality microphone that captures voices clearly, even in noisy environments, so your guests' messages are heard loud and clear.
